Effective 1 November 2025, all vehicle servicing previously conducted at our Fremantle location will be relocated to our newly developed Automotive Superhub at 20 Smeaton Way, Rockingham.

All current bookings, made for the 31st of October or earlier will be honoured as booked at our Fremantle Service Centre.

This purpose-built facility is equipped with the latest in advanced diagnostic and servicing technology, enabling our expert technicians to service and repair all makes and models—from routine maintenance to complex repairs. No job is too large or too specialised for our dedicated service department.

At our new location, you’ll continue to receive the same trusted Shacks customer care, now supported by a suite of enhanced benefits:

State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment for precision servicing

Complimentary loan vehicles to keep you mobile

Valet wash and vacuum included with every service

Free shuttle service to any destination within 20 minutes of the dealership

Comfortable waiting lounge with free Wi-Fi, barista-style coffee, and light refreshments

Located just a short, low-traffic 20-minute drive south of Fremantle, our Rockingham Superhub offers a seamless, elevated service experience designed with your convenience in mind. There will be no changes to our Panel, Paint and Parts shops which will continue operating from 2 James Street, Fremantle.
